All requirements for hotel accommodation which have been confirmed are guaranteed.
The confirmation of the reservation, will be sent by e-mail with the hotel reservation code.
Rates include continental breakfast.
Passengers only have to show their passports or document at the hotel and give the confirmation code. This is enough to take the room.
Your credit card must be charged after the availability of all the services required have been confirmed.
The deadline for claiming a refund is up 1 month after the date of arrival reserved.
The reimbursement will be provided within 30 days of submission of a customer complaint.
Penalties
For every cancellation made by the passenger 16 days prior the arrival or more, must be subject to a penalty of USD
25.00 for administrative expenses.
For every cancellation made by the passenger, within the 15 days prior the arrival must be subject to a penalty of the first night amount plus the USD
25.00.
In the case that passenger don't arrive at the hotel (no show) at the reserved date, and haven't sent a cancellation in advance, must loose the payment of all the nights reserved.
